a. Location Data

The Fecr app requires precise location data (GPS and network-based) to accurately calculate Prayer Times and determine the Qibla Direction.

This data is used instantaneously only on your device to perform calculations.
Your location data is not recorded on our servers, stored, or shared with third parties.
Location tracking is not performed when the app is closed or not in use.

b. Device and App Data

We use your device's local storage to remember your application preferences (reading direction, theme selection, translation source, etc.). This data remains strictly on your device and is not exported to external servers.

2. Third-Party Services

We may use the following trusted third-party service providers to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used:

Google Services & Firebase: Anonymous usage data and crash reports may be collected to analyze application errors and improve performance.
Google AdMob: Your device's Advertising ID may be used to serve advertisements that are relevant to you.
Google Gemini AI: We utilize Google's generative AI models to provide the "Fecr AI" assistant features. Data Sent: The text prompts and queries you enter into the chat interface are transmitted to Google's servers to generate responses. Data Use: This data is processed solely to provide the immediate AI service and response. We do not share your personal identifiers (like email or name) with the AI provider, only the text content of your query.

3. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
